Base scenario of the JetPay finance model (Oct 2026)
| KPI | Actual | Target to date | On target |

How far accounts have got, ever: each stage with its share of the one before. A conversion view, not today's activity.

How much of each account's sales-order value has actually moved on our rails
| Account | Sales orders | On our rails | Captured |
|---|
On our rails = the larger of money in and money out on completed legs, because a broker can collect from the client or pay the operator through JetPay. Account level for now; it moves to deal-level matching once sales orders and payments share a trip or sales-order reference.
Every email automation and broadcast, by cohort, campaign and delivery, against B2B email benchmarks: typical is the median sender, top 25% the best quarter. Open rate counts every open, the way the benchmarks do; human opens (bots and Apple prefetch removed) are shown alongside. Opens, clicks and unsubscribes are on delivered, bounces on sent.
| Name | Sent | Open | Click | Bounce | Unsub |
|---|
Green: top 25% of B2B senders. Red: worse than the typical sender, or bounce above 2%, where mailbox providers start throttling or junking. Rows with fewer than 100 delivered are marked small sample: a few people swing the rate. Benchmarks: B2B medians and top quartile aggregated from HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Litmus, GetResponse and Validity (Tofu, 2026). Conversions are Customer.io's own goal per automation; broadcasts have none.

Fundraising campaigns in lemlist, campaign totals only. Rates are against cold-outreach ranges, since investors receive these unsolicited: opens 20–35%, clicks 2–3%, replies 1–4%, bounces under 3%.

From the all-tenants transaction export. A completed leg counts as money on the rails, money in and money out both, including ZAS Air's deal legs, Jet Luxe and The Golden Key's test transfers. Left out: moves between a tenant's own accounts, account maintenance fees and other tenants' rows labelled test. Dollar figures use exchange rates from Oct 11, 2026.
